Inspired by the race winning Indian Flat Track machines, the new FTR1200 takes many design cues from its competition-based brethren, except for one critical part. This bike is crying out for dual high-level pipes – much like the actual track machines – and S&S Cycle has created a superb solution.
Made out of raw brushed stainless and tucked in tight against the bike, the Grand National two-into-two is a work of art and each is hand-built in the same facility – and by the same team – that creates exhaust systems for the American Flat Track machines.
Nestled within the multi layered shields, the Grand National sports a set of S&S Cycle’s high flow cats that not only allow it to be emissions legal, but are an integral part of the baffle and help create the signature exhaust note that this bike deserves.
Track or Street, you know that you want it!
