If you\u2019re going to lift the heads on your Milwaukee Eight \u2013 and Boz is going to be going into this in far more depth later this issue \u2013 you need to throw away the factory head bolts as soon as you\u2019ve removed them because you\u2019re not going to be putting them back: they do not return to their original unused state once removed. We\u2019ve seen this sort of thing before with Buell head mounting bolts, among other things, and you have been warned.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

What you replace them with is, is entirely down to you and your budget.<\/span><\/p>\n
