As we\u2019ve been seeing with Boz\u2019s tech articles, S&S have put a massive amount of work into their Milwaukee Eight programme and to good effect. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

These brand new 124\u201d and 128\u201d Power Packages are bolt-in kits have taken things to new heights, including not just barrels and pistons but a 550 cam, billet cam plate, high-flow oil pump, valve springs and Quickee pushrods with lifters and tubes!<\/span><\/p>\n

To save confusion, these are 4\u00bc big bore kits, and will make 124 cubic inches on a 107-inch motor and 128 on a 114 with its increased stroke.<\/span><\/p>\n

And it\u2019s all bolt-in \u2013 no machining is required \u2013 although I would stop well short of recommending that you set an afternoon aside over your Christmas break and set-to. This is serious engineering and it needs fitting properly if you\u2019re hoping to realise a fraction of the potential it can unleash. <\/span><\/p>\n

And, of course, you\u2019ll be looking at a fuel map at the very least … and an exhaust and air cleaner.<\/span><\/p>\n

And one of two head bolt kits, because the oem bolts are designed as single-use items and will need replacing.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
