Simple and effective, and I’m just off to buy one of those builders’ buckets, some copper wire and sodium carbonate / washing soda because I’ve got a garage full of stuff to get on with!
I wondered what I was going to do with those old batteries that didn’t have the beans to crank a starter motor.
Will post results after I’ve got this magazine finished.

do you want some more stuff to test it on ? if so, you’re need a bigger a bucket – possibly a skip

Haven’t had chance yet, sadly … and not sure you can get a plastic skip?
