FTR Tank Panel Design Competition

While it has yet to be fully realised by the custom world, one of the primary features of Indian’s ranges – one that the FTR has taken to a whole new level – is its customisability.

While the Flat-Track refugee’s tubular space frame lacks the modular bolt-up capabilities of the Chief and Scout models, the body panels of the sportiest production motorcycle to come out of the USA in generations are quickly swapped over providing you with a blank-ish canvas to do your thing. And while you’re sitting at home doing nothing, Indian have given you an opportunity to think about what you’d put on your own bike?

Simply print out the blank attached template and colour it in – you’ll have to provide your own crayons, I’m afraid – or else mess about with it in the paint package of your choice on your currently underutilised computer.

You need to be 18 years or older, and the prizes will be a tank cover from Moore Speed Racing or a £150 goody bag filled with FTR swag!

Check out https://www.nineteen01.co.uk/en/ftr-artist-competition-uk  for full details, but what you need to know is that the closing date is 10:00am Friday, 29th May 2020.

Actually, I might go back into that and ‘distress’ it, or make it more three-dimensional, or …
