Well, I’ve got a long way to go and a short time to get there once I hit the other side of the water … where have I heard that before?
Still hopeful for Millau tonight and Biarritz tomorrow for Wheels and Waves

The Dover ferry is much more civilised and only takes a little longer Terminal to Terminal, and it allows you to have a coffee, food and a good walk around and they will always seem to fit you on a crossing earlier. But I am bias, I was born in Dover 🙂

Ah, but it involves the bouncy wet stuff, and I’ve not got good sea legs.
And to be fair, whenever I’ve taken a punt on being let through for an earlier shuttle, I’ve never been turned away, but that is usually on a bike and I’ve never known that bit to be crowded, never mind full 🙂
